A note to our readers

Heads up, Hurler readers. From this point forward, whenever we publish longish posts, only the first few paragraphs will appear on our front page, not the entire article. To read the full thing, you'll need to click on the "Read More" link at the bottom of the post. When you see that link, you'll know there's more Hurler goodness just a click away.

We really enjoyed our first season as a member of the Bloguin Network, which is busy right now celebrating its first anniversary. Included in the festivities is the 2009 Bloguin Awards, where we find ourselves nominated for Best Baseball Blog on the network. If you like what we do here and have a moment to spare, we wouldn't mind too much if you clicked on over to vote for us. Voting ends at midnight tonight, so don't wait! When you're done, feel free to check out the new Bloguin portal and persuse some of the other sites on the network. Trust me, you won't be let down. In fact, you may wonder where the day ended up going.
